Personal Injury Attorney
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Attorney. As a Personal Injury Attorney at Gillani Law Firm, your responsibilities will include providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and preparing and presenting legal documents. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other attorneys and professionals, attending court hearings and trials, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple cases
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team
- Experience with trial preparation and courtroom litigation is plus
- Willingness to learn personal injury law; experience in personal injury is a plus but not required
- Admission to the State Bar in Georgia and/or Alabama (or willingness to obtain admission)
